Maj. Gen. Lee V. Gossick, USAF


(1922-2005) | A former Commander of the Arnold Engineering Development Center at Tullahoma, Tennessee, the Gossick Leadership Center at AEDC is testament to his extraordinary leadership and 32-year career in the United States Air Force. Gossick was a highly decorated WWII aviator, an aeronautical engineer and scientist. In 1967 he received the Hoyt S. Vandenberg trophy for “Outstanding Scientific Contributions to Aerospace Development in the Field of Science.”
